As per the socio economic condition of Bangladesh there are scarcity for the field of work or efficient worker which affects national economy but our youth society are unable to go in to right way though they are hardworking and creative and for this consideration we plan career related program “The Aim”. People want to make their work or work environment for their own way. So before enter into a specific profession if people can know details about that, it helps them to be dedicated and concentrated and next there will be possibility for full success. The creative youth generation does not get the right direction and cannot go in to right way, for this reason organization lose the talent person. From those mentionable subjects including ad making, fashion designing, modeling, anchoring, news presentation, journalism, graphics designing or animation, photography, beautician, airhost, flying club, medical transcription, executive, management, front desk, hotel management and new subjects will be added as per viewers demand. Career related program “The Aim” will give right direction to those youthful people.
